Refund policy

Due to the nature of shipping bulbs and tubers, we have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Even though we take all the precautions to provide a quality product we ask that upon receipt of your order: please inspect your tubers/bulbs immediately and contact us via email at: halcyonhillgardens@gmail.com. 

Please note that after 7 days we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
