Amaranth Green Tails

Green Tails amaranth is all movement and abundance-an exuberant cascade of chartreuse strands that spill downward like living tassels, each long, rope-like bloom densely packed with tiny florets that create a softly textured, almost velvety surface. Extremely beautiful in wedding work and large scale arrangements.

Planting: You can start your seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before you last frost date.  These seeds take 10-11 weeks to become fully mature.

Harvesting: You can harvest these for fresh flowers when about half of the flowers are open on a stem, or let them fully bloom and use them in dried flower arrangements.
